It is not allowed to hang clothes or objects on the windows.

The voltage in all apartments is 220v.

Please remember that you are responsible for your trash. It should be taken and placed in the designated trash area on the ground floor, next to the laundry at the end of the corridor.

All our apartments are non-smoking. A daily fine of R$400.00 will be applied for any violations.
